Sean Neill
General Manager, Vancouver, Washington
Sean Neill serves as the GM for the Vancouver, Washington facility. Sean has 28+ years of Operations Management experience including 26+ years in the EMS industry in progressively senior roles spanning Program Management, Supply chain management, Vice President of Operations, and Site General Management. Sean’s experience also encompasses Project management, Strategic planning, and Business Development. As a former EMS business owner, Sean brings a well-rounded approach to creating customer value and growth. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
Guillermo Andrade
General Manager, Mexico
Guillermo Andrade serves as GM for the Juarez México electronics manufacturing facility. With over 20+ years of experience in key managerial roles across diverse industries, Guillermo provides a comprehensive expertise in diverse manufacturing fields including electronic integration and opto-electronics.
Brad Koury
Vice President, CMS
Brad Koury serves as the VP for the Custom Material Solutions division. His experience spans over 17 years in manufacturing, with extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Operations and Operational Excellence. Brad recently served as Director of Quality at the LaGrange facility, along with serving as the previous GM’s primary backup. Brad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Ohio State University.
