Financial Analyst - 12-Month Contract


The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting regular finance operations. This position will be critical to help balance workloads within the Global Finance team, assisting budget preparation, meeting routine reporting requirements and supporting ad hoc projects. The candidate should be a self-starter, detailed oriented, results-driven and be able to deliver quality reports on time. This critical position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.



  • Participate in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process

  • Manage the reporting to support routine operations reviews, such as daily cash reporting, weekly cashflow forecast, weekly flash, monthly consolidation and financial packages

  • Support the continuous improvement of the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and quality

  • Reconcile intercompany balances monthly and coordinate with finance teams to resolve discrepancy

  • Assist in managing the data warehouse for financial analysis and sales support

  • Support sales tracking & reporting (SFDC), backlog and pipeline review

  • Update monthly and quarterly commission reports

  • Assist in timely completion of audit, tax and compliance duties

  • Support ad hoc projects



  • Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar or related industries (EMS, manufacturing, electronics, etc.)

  • Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)

  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement

  • Experience in intercompany, bank and other accounting reconciliations

  • Strong knowledge of forecasting models and cost accounting processes

  • Ability to present clean financial data using detailed reports and charts

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels and functions within the organization

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and deliver on time

  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

  • Relevant certification (e.g. CPA) or public accounting experience is a plus
