Marketing Manager

SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager provides the leadership, direction and coordination of Marketing and Communications initiatives to establish and maintain the Vexos brand, vision and mission globally across our company and industry.   You will work closely with the SVP Sales & Marketing related to the global market strategy and Lead Generation for Vexos.  The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail and process-oriented individual focused on meeting the needs of a growing and dynamic business. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing efforts – creation, tracking and reporting utilizing various media search engine optimizations (SEO), social media and eMail marketing tools

  • Develop and manage marketing / sales programs focused on lead generation and conversion

  • Manage and answer all toll free corporate phone numbers

  • Assist with development of PowerPoint presentations for BOD meetings and other leadership requirements

  • Assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations for customer visits for sales / ISRs

  • Manage and creation of sales training videos

  • Manage and Develop company website, including updates and the creation of new pages and sections based on business requirements

  • Oversee Company Branding via development of corporate propaganda (videos, business cards, intranet)

  • Manage New acquisition – brand development at facilities and update to all current materials

  • Manage and produce all print and digital materials for sales team / ISRs

  • Works in conjunction with the Leadership team to develop various communication both for external and external requirements

  • Regularly monitors activity with our competitors marketing and communication strategy

  • Other duties as required by company Leadership Team

 

                                                                                                             

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Displayed passion for Marketing and related interdependencies

  • Strong writing capacities.  Ability to concisely and succinctly convey a message

  • Self-motivated willingness to learn and self-teach

  • Immaculate attention to detail

  • Strong people skills a must with ability to assimilate into various interdependent working departments

  • Proficient in MS office; expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Adobe Captivate or equivalent video creation applications

  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator suite of products

  • Working knowledge of Sharepoint

  • Strong facilitation skills with emphasis on coordinating and cultivating strong relationships with internal functions/groups; team player with the ability to solve issues by coordination across cross-functional areas

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Must have flexibility to accommodate Global demands while managing work life balance.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma or equivalent in field related business marketing experience

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, branding and communications

 

POSITION LOCATION

  • This role reports to the Senior VP of Global Sales & Marketing 

  • Travel will be required on occasion with various trips to manufacturing facilities in Asia, Canada and the US
